I’ve put together this next-level program for individuals who have already undertaken some level of personal development work for themselves. In this program, we’ll cover some key themes I’ve seen come up in my coaching work since 2018, having coached over a hundred individuals on topics such as personal & career empowerment, enhancing relationships & communication, managing stress and creating greater balance & mental wellness, and so much more.
Under these outer ‘situational’ layers, there lie underlying factors that give rise to how we’re showing up in life and how life is showing up for us. One of the major goals of this program is to address some of these factors and deepen our exploration of how they play out in our lives, as well as how we can leverage our new learnings as strengths for ourselves, all within an empowering group context.
Through this program, you will:
Explore more deeply the role certain key factors are playing in keeping us trapped & disempowered and learn to create freedom outside of our old ways of being
Learn + apply the proprietary iPEC Energy Leadership™ Index framework to your own life in order to access new perspectives and power in any situation
Learn to tap into greater joy and empowerment in your life, across life domains
Connect with & gain support from others applying this same framework as you deepen this work in your own lives
This 10-week coaching program will comprise of:
An hour-long ‘Meet & Greet’ session with program participants
9 weekly 75-minute group coaching sessions in which we will explore these key themes… all within an intimate & empowering group setting to allow for expansion of perspectives & support as you take on your life at the next level (a $2,050 value)
Note: The program enrollment will be capped at 6 seats to allow for a more optimal experience for participants
Weekly reflections & exercises to strengthen this work in your own life
A personalized Energy Leadership™ Index report & 90-minute 1:1 debrief session with me so you can learn about the Core Energy Levels you naturally access during daily life & times of stress, and learn to access different Energy Levels (a $295 value)
