Compassionate & Service-Minded: Service and giving to others has been a big part of my life’s mission, and it’s what had me take on life coaching: I want to empower others to live their best lives, and bring love, joy, compassion and generosity to each conversation that I have with clients so that they can obtain a positive experience with each interaction.

Valuable Perspectives from Own Life Experience: As a career-changer, I’ve navigated the journey from discovering my life’s passions, to actually going about and making them a reality in my own life, and can offer empathy and perspectives from my own experiences here.

More About Me:

I started off my career as an Online Sales Account Representative at Google. Over the course of nearly a decade, I worked on various teams within the organization, and got involved with ways to fulfill my desire of helping make impact on the lives of others in the world - through my involvement with office employee resource groups, taking advantage of learning & development opportunities, and partaking in community service initiatives.

However, as the years passed, I felt a growing desire - an itch - to take on work that felt more in-line with my want of helping empower people in their personal lives. It was this desire that led me to pursue my own life's calling. I decided take on life coaching as a career path, and enrolled myself into a coach training program through iPEC, one of the largest coaching programs globally that is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Now an iPEC graduate, I’ve received over 300+ hours of coach training and have coached over a hundred coaching clients. In 2023, I also earned my ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accreditation in 2023, having achieved over 500 hours of coaching experience.

I’ve also completed the UC Berkeley Extension Personal Financial Planning Certification program and gained experience in the financial planning field by working at a small financial planning firm in 2019, in order to bolster my financial expertise to better help clients with their money matters and gain greater financial empowerment.

As an iPEC Coach, I’m certified as an Energy Leadership Index Assessment Master Practitioner (ELI-MP®) and am versed in iPEC's unique Core Energy Process™. I use this insightful tool as a way to help clients identify what could be going on within them at an energetic level and how this could be manifesting outwardly in their lives, and enable them create energetic awareness to achieve greater empowerment in all areas.

Outside of coaching, I freelance as a Digital Ads Consultant, specializing in Google Ads, to help small and medium-sized businesses achieve their business goals through digital advertising. I’m also an active volunteer with Asha for Education, a non-profit organization dedicated to educating underprivileged children in India.

— Michelle Eberhart, Life Coach
“I am so grateful for Payal’s guidance and direction during our coaching session. This time was invaluable to me. During our session, I gained insight on how to work through thoughts or situations that are obstacles to my productivity and prevent me from accomplishing or making time for my goals, and—ultimately— what’s important to me. Payal walked me through approaches that resonated with me and were relevant to my circumstances. She is thoughtful and personable. Importantly, she is an exceptional listener who is nonjudgmental and doesn’t project or make assumptions. These traits made me feel comfortable in sharing and removed the intimidation of being vulnerable. Payal is truly talented at what she does. For instance, she grasped that perfectionism was a hindrance to me/my accomplishing feats. As an example, I shared some tasks that were weighing on me and were simultaneously getting in the way of bigger things I needed to do. I was stalling on completing these tasks because I was overwhelmed by how I thought they should be completed (perfectly). Knowing that these were not essential to the big picture, Payal coached me through my state of inertia. And, she asked if she could assign me to set perfection aside; rather, I was to do my best and strive to not be perfect. I explained that removing the need to be perfect would be best for me because it is overwhelming. To elaborate, I associate my perfectionism with success and my imperfection with failure. So, Payal brilliantly assigned me to not be perfect. If I were trying to be perfect, that would mean I failed the assignment. I felt so free and energized to move forward. This coaching removed an ongoing barrier, and I still employ it as a strategy to overcome obstacles. I discussed this success with my therapist and she thought Payal’s approach was novel! I have deep gratitude for Payal’s coaching and am more empowered to walk confidently in the direction of purpose and success because of her.”
